Forest Lawn Museum is proud to introduce a new collection of exclusive products created in collaboration with the Los Angeles–based brand Merch Motel. Developed in close partnership with the museum team, this collection draws inspiration from the rich art and ephemera in the Forest Lawn Museum archives—including illustrated billboards, pictorial maps, brochures, photos, stained-glass references, and more.
Founded by Barkev Msrlyan, Merch Motel is known for its deep appreciation of historic signage and architecture. Through collaborations with preservationists, museums, and cultural institutions, Merch Motel brings renewed attention to the importance of honoring and preserving the stories embedded in meaningful places.
Merch Motel has thoughtfully designed a distinctive range of items for the museum store, including magnets, postcards, sticker packs, enamel pins, hats, and keychains. Each product celebrates the visual history of Forest Lawn.
